.::Ceremony///Ceremonia::.

Please note that if you did not receive a postcard invitation to the ceremony ("We Liked It So We're Gonna Put A Ring On It"), we expect to see you on Long Island at 5pm.  Per Central Park's request, we may only have 100 people at the ceremony, including ourselves. Thank you for your understanding!

Where: The Conservatory Garden At Central Park (105th Street and Fifth Ave., New York City)
The ceremony will be at the South Garden - English side.  We will be utilizing the Central Garden Lawn, Wisteria Pergola and geiser fountain for bridal photos post-ceremony instead.

For a map of the Conservatory Garden, please click here.

For "seating arrangements," please note that only the parents, siblings, aunts and uncles of the bride and groom, and the flower girls and ringbearer will be seated at the ceremony.  Scripture readers and prayer leaders will be standing in order (see map in email) by the "mouth" of the first loop around the fountain.  All other guests may choose to stand wherever they please.  The shrubs around the fountain should NOT obstruct anybody's view, as they are only about 3 feet high.

When: 5th of September 2010, Sunday, Labor Day Weekend -- 10am
*NOTE: Please arrive 20-30 minutes early, especially if you have a part in the ceremony.  The ceremony begins at exactly 10 am (walking down the "aisle").  We have exactly ONE hour for the ceremony -- which includes both Western and traditional Filipino ceremonial elements, and any minute wasted would mean violating our Central Park permit.  Thank you!

Family and Bridal Party Photos: 30-minute session at the Central Garden Lawn and Wisteria Pergola IMMEDIATELY after the ceremony. (Please see map)

We are only allowed to shoot for 30 minutes, and we ask that family and bridal party members review the "order of group portraits" list.  To view the list, please click here.  Boots Ariola will be in charge of having the list and permit at the ceremony.

Central Park requests that there be no more than 30 people on the lawn/grass at a time during the photo shoot.  Please help us and Central Park maintain the beauty of this unique garden by knowing when you are to be on the lawn for pictures.

Attire: Please come dressed in whites or lights. (See page "Attire")

Processional Hymn: Please help us create a solemn, worshipful atmosphere for the wedding with your angelic voices! Click here to start practicing the 1866 hymn and Trinity Grace-favorite, "The Church's One Foundation."  We chose this song since it tells the story of the Church as Christ's bride.  How fitting!

Officiant: Josh Staton, Trinity Grace Church NY
